The client’s existing corporate website was built on a legacy PHP architecture that had become increasingly difficult to maintain and extend. Performance bottlenecks, outdated user experiences, and limited support for modern frontend technologies restricted the company's ability to effectively showcase its AI solutions.
The website lacked the flexibility required for future growth and suffered from slower load times, outdated navigation patterns, and limited optimization capabilities. As the company continued to expand globally, it required a modern digital platform capable of delivering superior performance, stronger search visibility, and a compelling enterprise-grade experience.
Rather than incrementally upgrading the legacy platform, we executed a complete frontend modernization initiative. The project began with requirements analysis and UX evaluation, followed by architecture planning and component design.
Using React and Next.js App Router, we implemented a highly scalable component-based architecture. Server-Side Rendering and Static Site Generation were introduced to improve page speed and SEO performance. Tailwind CSS enabled rapid development of responsive interfaces, while Framer Motion added polished animations and interactive experiences.
Additional optimizations included code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization through Next/Image, and deployment through Vercel with an efficient CI/CD workflow.
The transformation successfully replaced the legacy PHP website with a modern enterprise-grade platform built for future growth. Visitors now benefit from faster page loads, seamless navigation, improved accessibility, and a more engaging experience.
