Softree Technology designed and developed a Content Scheduler App using Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, Office 365, Power Automate, PowerFX, CDS, and Custom Connectors. The solution was built as a Power Apps Canvas Application with SharePoint serving as the central content repository.
The application enables employees to create, manage, assign, and monitor content through an intuitive interface. Dedicated screens allow users to maintain content details, author information, content types, approval statuses, and publication schedules.
Power Automate workflows were implemented to support multi-level approvals and automate content management processes. Role-based authentication ensures secure access while providing complete visibility into content progress across teams.
