The organization faced recurring challenges with broken navigation components, inconsistent user experiences across browsers, and failures in SharePoint REST API and Microsoft Graph integrations. Softree implemented a comprehensive SharePoint and SPFx automation testing framework designed to validate user interfaces, APIs, and critical integrations throughout the development lifecycle.

The solution leveraged Selenium WebDriver to automate end-to-end testing of SharePoint portals and SPFx components across multiple browsers. Automated API validation was introduced for SharePoint REST APIs and Microsoft Graph services to identify integration issues before they affected end users.

To support continuous delivery, the automation framework was integrated into Azure DevOps pipelines. Every code change triggered automated test execution, quality checks, and reporting, enabling development teams to identify defects early and release updates with greater confidence.
