As the marketplace expanded, managing products across different vendors became increasingly complex. Sellers faced challenges updating inventory in real time, while administrators struggled to maintain catalog consistency and monitor marketplace performance. Our Strategic Approach
Softree designed and developed a Commerce-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform that centralized marketplace operations while providing dedicated tools for vendors, administrators, and customers. The solution was built using React Native for a seamless cross-platform experience, Django REST Framework for scalable backend services, and PostgreSQL for secure and reliable data management.
The platform introduced automated vendor onboarding workflows, centralized product catalog management, inventory synchronization, order tracking, and promotion management. Vendors gained self-service capabilities to manage products, pricing, and inventory, while administrators received a unified dashboard for monitoring marketplace activity and performance.
