A leading healthcare organization operating a patient management and telemedicine platform relied entirely on manual testing across twelve critical application modules. Regression testing required nearly three weeks for every release, delaying deployments and increasing operational costs.
The platform supported patient registration, appointment scheduling, telemedicine consultations, electronic health records (EHR), insurance claims, and administrative workflows. Manual QA made it difficult to identify defects early, resulting in production issues affecting patient data consistency, appointment scheduling, and claims processing.
The organization also faced HIPAA compliance challenges due to the absence of automated validation for role-based access, audit trails, and data protection. Without CI/CD quality gates, every release depended on extensive manual regression performed by a large QA team.

Softree Technology designed and implemented an AI-powered end-to-end test automation framework using Playwright, AI-assisted test generation, Azure DevOps, Power BI, OWASP ZAP, and HL7 FHIR API testing.
Our team automated critical healthcare workflows, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, telemedicine, EHR management, insurance claims, and Power Automate workflows. AI-generated test cases significantly increased coverage while self-healing automation minimized maintenance effort as the application evolved.
The framework was fully integrated into the client's Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline, enabling automated regression testing, release quality gates, HIPAA compliance validation, defect reporting, and real-time testing dashboards for every deployment.
