Softree Technology designed and implemented an AI-powered Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Workflow Automation platform using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft Fabric.

The solution automatically receives patient records from hospital departments, patient portals, laboratory systems, insurance providers, and external healthcare partners. Azure AI Document Intelligence classifies medical documents, extracts patient information, identifies diagnoses and treatment details, and flags incomplete records for review.

A custom Healthcare Copilot built with Microsoft Copilot Studio enables clinicians and administrators to search patient records using natural language, retrieve treatment histories, access discharge summaries, review approval statuses, and receive contextual recommendations in seconds.

Power Automate orchestrates document validation, approval routing, escalations, notifications, and review workflows, ensuring the right physicians and administrative teams receive tasks automatically. Dataverse serves as the secure healthcare data repository, while Microsoft Fabric and Power BI provide enterprise reporting, compliance monitoring, and operational analytics.
