Softree Technology designed and implemented an AI-powered healthcare operations platform using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Dataverse, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365. The solution introduced AI Agents capable of managing appointment scheduling, patient communication, workflow coordination, operational monitoring, and intelligent escalation.

Patients were provided with self-service capabilities for appointment management, healthcare information, follow-up support, and billing inquiries across web, mobile, SMS, and voice channels.
