Our Strategic Approach
Softree Technology designed an AI-powered invoice processing workflow combining Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Vector Database, FastAPI, MCP Server, and n8n.
The workflow extracts vendor details, invoice numbers, purchase orders, line items, taxes, totals, and other relevant information from invoices. Business rules validate the extracted information and determine the next action. Standard invoices proceed automatically, while mismatches and exceptions are routed to finance users for human review.
The architecture connects document intake, AI-powered understanding, validation, decision-making, and workflow execution into a single operational process.
